The wedding was wonderful and I especially enjoyed the lantern lighting ceremony. It was very thoughtful and touching. I can say for myself that I certainly felt a part of it all and it was so good to see so many people and friends together sharing in our enjoyment and celebration for Ron and Hermione. I've said it before but I wish the two of you every happiness you can find in these times.
As a general question, how is everyone doing? Is there anything I can do for any of you?

For those of you who haven't heard. The Ministry has taken Dean Thomas during our recent sting operation. Those who were there have said that it seemed as if the Ministry were attempting to get close enough to grab them and apparate away, as they did with Mr. Thomas. They are capturing us alive and clearly plan on using prisoners against us. This possibility has already been discussed previously but not we are more certain of it.
We can't stop what we're doing but we have to make sure to keep those bastards at bay. We can't afford to lose anyone else so guard yourself as much as you guard anyone of us. Returning to camp is of the utmost importance now. Missions are still important but if there is too much risk of losing more people we have to pull out. Don't be idiots.
We've informed Dean's parents and family. If you see them, please give comfort.

We've gotten news that there may be a group of refugees in the Northern Cambrian mountains. They're said to have build a make shift camp and have been barely scraping by with any food they find around them. There are children among them and I believe they may need help enough to bring them in to one of our camps. I am asking for a group of volunteers to go through Northern Cambrian in search for them and, if found, to discover the direness of their situation. Though this news was brought to us through a reliable source we cannot be entirely sure these people are of the ally material so caution will be extremely important while searching and after having found them.
Interview them, gather all details of their means of survival that you can, and return prepared to give your report before we bring them to one of our locations. We must be sure they have no intentions of returning to the controlled communities and that we can trust them to not turn in the location of the place we bring them to. You'll have to bring supplies enough for yourselves and to give them before you return to report on your findings. Leaving them with food, clothing, and blankets should be enough, even if we don't return to them.

I hope we are all finding ways to stay strong and be safe. The Ministry pamphlets they released and continue to make available for us are useful and the defensive spells in there may seem basic from our Hogwarts days, but let's all admit that most of us haven't had the time or the occasion to put them to good use, so we're a little rusty. I strongly suggest that we all take them seriously.

As ever, the full moon has made me physically exhausted but mentally running a marathon in attempts to keep myself from boredom or self destructive thoughts. I've pondered a few things over this past week and have to ask; what would we all do if we had no legs and arms. The idea of looking like a grub for the rest of my life was at first rather hilarious until I started dreaming about it.

Four days until the moon is full again. It feels like this just happened. It always feels like that, though I try not to let my life revolve around it. Something that most people don't take notice of or take for granted and it controls me, leaving my helpless until dawn. I've often told myself that I've been able to keep that part of me separate from my attempts to live some semblance of a normal life, but I always know that isn't true. This disease has been my life since I was a boy and even still I can't shake the lurking tendrils of the wolf from my mind. With the full moon looming on my horizon, its claws sink deep in me, slowly gaining the upper hand like a snake strangling its prey. If anything, I've learned by now not to fight it. I save my strength for the recovery afterward, because I always need it.

There are not enough of us to have eyes and ears everywhere that we would like to have them. We are not sitting on our hands and waiting, as you should know. Frankly, there isn't much that we can do right now that will likely lead us to any direct action. There is one thing that we can all do though and that is keeping it up. We keep our eyes and ears open to any and all possibilities. Don't doubt your guts or instincts but don't do anything rash or reckless either. Bring information or ideas to us and we can put our minds together. While we all know the risks and dangers that come with the position we are in, don't waste your life doing something when you need to make sure there is someone to watch your back.
This being said, we need more members. We need people who will take this dire situation seriously and contribute to helping end this. We need people who will or can be taught to hold their own when it comes down to battling the Dark Arts. Please consider those around you and find out their capabilities before approaching us about their becoming members.

Please continue to listen for anything from anyone that could help us. Keep your eyes and ears open. Already things are different this time around, as the Ministry has nearly been wiped out. With their resources and manpower likely cut in half, if not more, then this war just might lay heavily on our shoulders. It is our side that is at a great disadvantage here and I feel it may well come down to guerrilla type warfare if we can not act fast enough.
I care for you all and believe in you. We will not and cannot lay down without a fight. The Dark Lord sees his victory at hand, as do his followers, so they will likely soon become more bold and dangerous because of it. Although, laying aside their caution will leave them vulnerable and we all need to be prepared to strike whenever and however we can.
Be careful with yourselves, even very public places are not safe.
